Trainees must select a Session reflecting the ICS position they want to fill and the operational period they want to work. Trainees can choose to work all four operational periods - Operational Periods 1-4 or just two operational periods either Operational Period 1-2 or Operational Period 3-4.  If you choose to work Operational Period 1-4 or Operational Period 1-2, then you must arrive on Sunday March 2, 2025 at 1400 to participate in the Agency Administrator Briefing and pre-conference meeting with the venue operators.  If you choose Operational Period 3-4, then you must arrive on Tuesday March 3, 2025 at 1400 to participate in the Agency Administrator Briefing/Transfer of Command Briefing.  On Thursday afternoon March 6, 2025 there will be a Transition Meeting and Close Out.
