Scope: The Incident Tactical Dispatcher (INTD) course is designed to prepare experienced public safety telecommunicators for operating remote from the ECC/PSAP. These temporary, and sometimes mobile, facilities are usually focused on communications support to a specific event or incident operations, but may be employed as a Continuity of Operations resource. These facilities are likely to contain minimalistic communications, resource tracking, and documentation systems.
