OK Youth Preparedness Camp

Description

This is a High School aged (9-12th grade) overnight summer camp. They will learn many life skills that will help them in an emergency situation such as, team building, immediate first aid, fire extinguisher usage, light search and rescue and many other life saving skills. They will have lots of opportunity to network and build their team. Upon completion of the camp they will receive a certificate for that will certify them as a "Community Emergency Response Team member" that they can take back to their campus.

Prerequisites

One chaperone per applicant is required. Student must be 9-12th grade.

This training is given as a basic level preparedness class. Subject Matter Expert Instructors along with FEMA approved curriculum will empower you to take action to assist your family and neighbors in an emergency or disaster.
