STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND INPUT ON STATE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM FOR INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM POSITIONS

Description

The Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security will be conducting two virtual meetings to engage stakeholders and solicit their input on the proposed State Qualification System for Incident Command System Positions which is modeled after the National Qualification System.  The State Qualification System for Incident Command System Positions is applicable to state-sponsored incident management teams and incident management assistance teams but has a provision for other entities to voluntarily opt-in to the system.  Voluntarily opting-in enables other entities to have a qualification system without having to create and administer their own qualification system.  Your input is being sought to ensure the proposed State Qualification System for Incident Command System Positions will meet the needs of other entities who may want to participate in it.

Once registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link to participate.
